 Ciel executes Death Battle

Story

Ciel, originally named Elesia, was born in 1976 in a remote village in France to a French father and an Oriental mother. She grew up as a normal girl in the village even though she was out of place due to looking like her mother more. The townspeople were kind to her as she lived happily such as helping out at her father's shop, going to school, and falling in love. Her life was pretty fine and swell until everything changed on her 16th birthday when a Dead Apostle/vampire named Michael Roa Valdamjong started to slowly manifest into Elesia. She was getting urges to snap necks and even stab a beggar, so the best thing to hide her impulses was to lock herself in her own room as she knew if something was trying to take her over. This was a huge mistake as Elesia's mind was grinding away which was at her breaking point. She finally succumbed to Roa as while her mind was taken over, she was still feeling her actions as his own. With her thought of being thirsty and being greeted by her parents, Elesia's first action was biting into her mother's and father's necks and sucking their blood. Roa was amazed by this new body he has gained as it had an amazing amount of power. Due to Elesia's village having no social status, he took over the town in no time. Elesia had to watch herself killing the townspeople she loved, humiliating them, and even mutilating their souls while conscious. Elesia suffered as she thought she would go insane and commit more sins. She tried to keep her sanity but was faulted in the end as it took only a month for her to have complete control of the village.

 Eventually, her reign would end as a True Ancestor named Arcueid Brunestud hunted Roa/her down and killed her. While Roa would be waiting for another reincarnation, Elesia's body was taken by the Holy Church which she revived on her own will with her original personality intact. Now a paradox due to Roa, as such she cannot die as long as Roa lives, her wounds healed over time. Unfortunately, the church wasn't so kind as they saw this as heresy, so they experimented and killed Elesia over and over to study her and vanquish her. After a month of pain, misery, and despair she faced, the Burial Agency took her in due to her unique nature. She was given a choice to continue to be experimented on and killed or to work for them. Elesia chose the latter as she was given a new name, Ciel, in which her main motivation and mission were to kill Roa and end her eternal existence. 

 Ciel would later have a mission to go to Japan, Misaki Town as Roa was expected to have his reincarnation in a boy named SHIKI Tohno. Ciel also was keeping watch of Shiki Tohno who had the potential to be the next reincarnation of Roa, as such, she went undercover as a student in Private Mizaki High School. In Misaki Town, her fate can go in different directions as such when Shiki falls in love with her and Ciel protects him from Red Arcueid, comes to terms with helping Shiki get help from Arcuied defeating Roa, or helps Shiki figure out that if he's the vampire that kills at night. In the route that is soon to be a reality, Ciel in the end goal was complete and her eternal immortality ended. Even though her job was completed, she still stayed at Misaki Town to finish off remnants of what Roa left behind as she puts it, or she really wants to stay with Shiki and get rid of Arcueid. Whatever the reason, Ciel stays in the town longer.

 After one year in Misaki Town, it's the summertime when everyone would have fun with each other, but there have been ongoing rumors of murders once again. Ciel was tasked to eliminate the 13th of the 27th Dead Apostle Ancestors named Night of Wallachia who was causing the rumors with the reality marble, TATARI. She was also given a secondary task to bring in Sion Eltnam Atlasia to Atlas due to leaving them. Ciel eventually met Sion who was also with Shiki much to Ciel's dismay. The two fought Ciel in which they repelled her Ciel stopped the fight realizing this would be harder than it would be thanks to Shiki being here. She lets them off the hook by warning Shiki and telling him that it is his job to watch over Sion since he's in this situation now. In the manga once Wallachia unleashed the full power of TATARI, rumors of certain characters began to manifest as such when Ciel faced Nrvnqsr Chaos as while she can destroy his body, he would keep coming back as TATARI still exists. Eventually, Shiki, Sion, and Arcuied defeated Night of Wallachia in which Chaos disappeared before Ciel was consumed by him. Afterward, Ciel went to check on the Tohno mansion before getting drugged by Kohaku by eating curry that was powerful enough to put an elephant to sleep many times over and brainwashed her to be a guard for an underground dungeon. As such, let hijinks begin such as repeating words, fighting a young obsessed sister, and getting comically hurt by traps. After Shiki fought a giant sister and a small bajiquan fighter, everyone went to the beach and had fun except for Kohaku who suffered due to trying a hostile takeover. After a certain Magician went to make a white cat and alternative timelines of different outcomes with some canon events, a woman named Dust of Osiris reenacted the "Hologram Summer" as such causes many characters to lose their memories of certain things and people that were dead back to life for this night. Ciel sensed this gathering of magic and went to investigate what was going on. In her ending, she summarizes what happened with her encounter with Dust of Osiris and awaits orders from the Church. She also says she wants to finish things with Arcuied when the time comes, but wonders if one day she and Arcuied could coexist with each other. In another ending in her "Powered" state, she summarizes what happened and complains with Seven wasn't prepared to take down this Dead Apostle. For insulting her weight, Ciel punishes her with salt and water as she goes to visit Shiki.

Equipment

Black Keys

As a member of the Church, Ciel's main weapon of choice is Black Keys. The Black Keys, while looking like swords, are treated more like daggers in which the blades are made of sorcery. How Ciel uses them as she possesses a throwing technique called the Iron Plate Effect, which is whenever she throws them, the target will be blown away as such when Arcueid was launched to the other side of the park. The Black Keys can stab a person's shadow and make them unable to move(Paralysis Inducement). Ciel uses Cremation Sacrament as it enchants the Black Keys, with them she can set people on fire if they get struck by them called Cremation Rite (Fire Manipulation), Internment Rite, where they can turn people into stone(Petrification), Mummification Rite, which desiccates the target(Water Absorption), and the Excarnation Rite(Summoning), which causes countless crows to descend upon the target. They're also Conceptual Weapons as they purify a vampire.

Seventh Holy Scripture

When Ciel wants to bring out the big guns for the most troubled Dead Aposite or someone questioning themselves if they're a vampire or not, Ciel carries the Seventh Holy Scripture at those times of need. The Scripture said to be one of the most powerful weapons of the Holy Church, is said to be "one of the Apocrypha that it must never be removed from its resting place." It was created by killing a unicorn as its key was the horn, inscribing it with "tightly-packed complaints" with every possible impeachment of reincarnation criticism. Crossing it with a deceased spirit of a girl, this weapon was made to prevent reincarnation. Ciel made modifications to the weapon to her own liking as it is a scriptural cannon and a pile bunker with a weight of 60 kilograms. It's a Conceptual Weapon which are magical items that often have accumulated history and causes more than physical interference as they execute a certain built-in "concept," a predetermined phenomenon. It's an "Immortal Killer" as it will disperse your soul's(Conceptual Soul Destruction) target into nothingness. When attacked, the pages of the holy scripture are ejected from the magazine instead of empty cartridges. The bayonet is replaced with a new one instantly, while the fired one falls, turns into pages, and scatters. It is very fatal to vampires and makes them unable to heal normally, such as it was fatal to even Shiki when he was only a partial Dead Apostle. Being hit by it blows him away and once he was killed in his bad ending, he can even feel Roa's soul and his own be destroyed.

Black Barrel

Ciel can obtain the Black Barrel when one day she returns to her headquarters. The Black Barrel is a Conceptual Weapon in which it's capable of imposing the notion of limited life span into the body of near-immortal creatures. It's a black gun that can destroy the Fifth Theoretical Element, and was composed of the Fifth True Theoretical Element. A bullet fired from the gun will disintegrate all instances of Grain and Ether they come into contact with, ignoring any parameters of beings that intake either substance to deliver direct damage. The greater the quantity of Grain, the more damage will be inflicted upon the enemy, and it is impossible to even hold it unless the body is free of such substances. In other words, the stronger the target is and the longer the wielder holds it, the stronger it can become.

Abilities

Magecraft

Ciel, going from Roa's words, had huge magic potential as she carried many Magic Circuits in her body. It's so much that it even surpasses an "A rank Magus", even Roa's original body. If you were to compare it to other characters, a character like Rin Tohsaka would rank somewhere in the 70-100, while Ciel would just be 100. Another comparison would be that normal magi can be compared to having a beer mug's worth of magical energy, and output it like a water gun when fighting, while Ciel has a twenty-liter tank's worth of magical energy and can fight with the output of a water hose. Ciel, thanks to being one of the bodies of Roa, gained a large amount of magical knowledge such as Numerology(Lightning Manipulation), High-Speed Incantation(ability to speak to magical incantations at an accelerated speed), Simplified Repetitive Incantation, and Necromancy. Unfortunately, she can't call herself a good mage as she rarely uses them, wasting her talent and leaving her with spells she knows while never using them.

She also possesses the Mystic Eyes called Mystic Eyes of Whisper, which allow her to manipulate people to a limited extent, hypnotizing them into not doubting a word she says, unless there's direct evidence otherwise. This is how she got into the school without anyone questioning her. In the manga, Ciel can use Telekinesis as she manipulates knives and uses them to create an impromptu Bounded Field to trap Chaos, and used them to stab SHIKI(Roa). 

Enhanced Senses

Ciel can tell whether someone is human or not just by smelling them.

Immortality

One of the most dangerous aspects of Ciel is her immortality. After getting killed by Arcueid, Ciel's soul was tainted by Roa as the World recognized her as Roa(NSFW warning), causing a contradiction in form. Basically, while she was still Ciel, her soul made her Roa because the name of the soul is Roa himself. If Ciel dies who is named Roa while Roa(the vampire) is alive, the World begins to correct itself as long as Roa(vampire) still lives, Roa(Ciel)'s soul still exists. In layman's terms, as long Roa exists, Ciel cannot die unless he dies, even if every cell of her is destroyed. What restores her is time itself as she can't control it. No matter what damage it is, she can always come back from it. Due to this, she cannot age at all. The Church found her and tried to kill her while testing her body, but couldn't due to due Roa still being alive for a month. 

It isn't said to be healing or regeneration, but the wounds that she gets inflicted are "rewound" as such when her neck was fine after it was cut. All blood would be gone and return to how it was before, leaving no trace of any harm on her. Even if her brain can be stabbed and she can still be fine. Other examples such as her "rewound"/immortality:

• Being stabbed all over her body as shown above and here but still got up fighting.
• Being able to stab her eye while being calm.
• Her hand "rewound" after being burned by Akiha. Also suffered burns on her face, but escaped. 
• Was stabbed in the head, but got up slowly. 
• Boiled alive by Akiha, but got up minutes later.
• Shot by a lightning bolt through her head, but got up fighting SHIKI(Roa). 
• The Church decapitated, rotted, burned, drowned, and other 600 experiments on her. (NSFW warning)

After Roa was killed, Ciel lost that immortality, but it was said that her body still can regenerate as long as her head is intact, as such when even regenerated after her body was destroyed by Arcueid(NSFW warning).

Resistances

• Drugs: Didn't get knocked out by Kohaku's injection which would give her two days of insomnia.
• It did work on her...., but it was mainly the curry that did the trick. Keep in mind, she was able to eat what is worth putting an elephant to sleep.
• All characters that possess Magic Circuits should resist magical effects that aim to control & create effects from within others by rejecting them with their own magical energy. As such, Ciel -having better Magic Circuits than Rin and Shirou-, should reasonably resist such as:
• Paralysis Inducement: Shirou was able to break free from Illya's Mystic Eyes of Binding.
• Body Control: Should be able to resist it, unlike Shirou who was unable to break free from Medea's body control.
• Absorption: Rin and Shirou were unable to be absorbed by Medusa's boundary field.
• Mind, Biological, and Soul manipulation: Rin could walk in the Grail's black mud which melts the body, soul, and mind. Shirou was also able to survive it though he was about to die from it. 

Movelist

Halo

Ciel leaps into the air and clings to the nearest wall. At this point, she can either jump towards the other side of the wall or follow it up by diving at a 50-degree angel as she punches the opponent three times or dives at a 30-degree to land, or throws a knife toward the opponent near the ground then another to further away her position. She can also curl up into a ball while jumping off the wall or in the air in which she can grab you and slam you down on the ground. She can throw three black keys at the opponent too. Her EX move, Seventh Heaven, has her jump back to the wall as she slashes the whole area it ends with her behind the opponent. She can also do it in the air in which she dives at a 30-degree angle. Her EX version has her dive at the opponent with her Black Keys as she hits them multiple times. 

Blade Sinker

Ciel dashes at her opponent while holding out several Black Keys in her hand to stab her opponent one or multiple times. She also does this in the air.  The Ex version has her hit the opponent multiple times and it's fast. It can also be charged.

Black Key Throw

Ciel throws a Black Key at the opponent that knocks the opponent down. A charged-up version ends up as an explosion. The move has two follow-ups that either end with a knockdown, a double knife throw to four knives an angled knife throw which knocks the opponent down, and the last one is that she throws two knives at the same time and one over her head.  The Ex version has her throw a volley of Black Keys at her opponent.  This can be used in the air too as her Ex version has her throw a volley of Black Keys at the opponent! Another Ex version, Shadow Snap, has her throw one which releases a black wave that stuns the opponent.

Ciel Somersault

Ciel becomes Guile but without the waiting as she performs a somersault that launches the opponent in the air. Another version has her hit the opponent twice. Her Ex version has her do three somersaults that hit the opponent six times in total. It can also be done in the air. 

Measure - Escape

While Ciel does a back dash, she can throw two sets of three Black Keys. She can also throw three at a 45-degree angle up or down or throw 7 of them in a spread. 

Halo Acolyte

Ciel jumps forward and throws a single Black Key at the opponent. She can also throw three of them once charged. Her Ex version, Seventh Heaven, has her jump back to a wall and slash the whole area as she appears behind them at the end.

Pinon Halo

Ciel does a forward flip or back flip as such. Depending on which, she either does a kick toward the opponent or slashes them with her Black Keys. She also can flip forward and stab them with a single Black Key!

Flipper - Low/High

Take a page from the Motor City Cobra or The Grim Reaper, Ciel flicks her arm to jab at her opponent either high or low. Her Ex, Flash Piston Flip Punch, has her do a series of Flicker Jabs that sends the opponent flying!

Cavalry Toss

Ciel dashes at the opponent and then goes to throw them in the opposite direction. Another version has her do an overhead throw. Her Ex version, Don Quixote - Laugh Out, has her grab them and jump into the air with the opponent as they spin vertically as throw them down to the ground hard.

Arc Drive

Seventh Holy Scripture

Ciel goes to her executioner uniform as she dashes with her 7th Scripture, and then fires the spike outwards for the finish.

Seventh Holy Scripture - Redemption from Original Sin

Ciel goes to her executioner uniform as she dashes with her 7th Scripture which stabs the opponent. She lifts them up into the air and she shoots them multiple times before the last shot launches them into the air.

Cremation Rite

If Ex shield is attacked in the air, Ciel will throw a series of flaming Black Keys that engulfs the opponent in flames!

Powered Ciel

When Ciel wants to get serious about killing you, she puts on this uniform and uses self-induced hypnosis to make her better suited for fighting, making her personality colder when she is Elesia. This is titled Powered Ciel. Under this, Ciel uses the equipment and energy she's been saving for a year, making her able to use the Seventh Holy Scripture constantly. She also stops holding back and starts using the magical knowledge she gained from being a reincarnation of Roa. With this, she gains a new move set such as:

Rapid Stake

Ciel dashes with her pile bunker to hit her opponent then does a kick toward the sky. Other variations include her shooting her pile bunker in front of her or aiming it upwards. Her Ex version has her dash with her pile bunker that hits them multiple times then shoots them which sends them away.

Shaft Drive

Ciel does an uppercut with her pile bunker to catch foes in the air or launch them up. She can follow it up with a dive kick. Her Ex variation has her do a super uppercut on her pile bunker that hits her multiple times! This can be done in the air.

Numeral Secret Crest - Lightning Fury

Ciel uses her magical knowledge from Roa as she shoots lightning from her fingers in different ranges either vertical or horizontal! Her Ex version, Numeral Secret - Blue Storm, has her shoot lightning multiple times. This also can be done in the air.

Virgin Pain

Ciel fires a missile from her pile bunker from the ground or in the air. Her Ex version, Oriflame Concert, has her shoot a wave of missiles into the ground and then jump into the air to fire more. This can be used in the air.

Grand Zappa

Ciel uses her pile bunker to take a chunk off of the ground towards the opponent, then follows up with a kick to break it. She also can use her pile bunker to hit the chunk to launch it at the victim. Her Ex version has hit them multiple times.

Arc Drive

Seventh Holy Scripture - Impeachment of Original Sin

Ciel rushes with her Seventh Holy Scripture which hits them multiple times, and fires which launches them away.

Another Arc Drive

Seventh Holy Scripture - Saint's Burial

Similar to her Arc Drive, Ciel rushes with her Seventh Holy Scripture which hits them multiple times, but this time lifts them up and then fires at them, launching them into the air.

Last Arc

Numeral Secret Crest - Heavenly Nest

Ciel uses her magical knowledge from Roa to the fullest extent as if her shield gets attacked. She uses the Seventh Holy Scripture to launch them into the air, then uses Numerology to send lightning from all directions to the helpless opponent.

Shield Counter

In the Melty Blood series, Ciel can use a universal mechanic Shield Counter to block any attack to counter them.

Feats

• Survived the experiments of the Church for a month, and joined them.
• Managed to infiltrate Private Misaki High without anyone questioning her.
• Became one of Arcueid's biggest rivals.
• On one of the paths, falls in love with Shiki and dates him.
• Her body was the closest to Roa's original magic power.
• Able to fight characters such as Shiki Tohno, Akiha Tohno, Satsuki Yumizuka, Shiki Nanaya, Nrvnqsr Chaos, Michael Roa Valdamjong, Sion Eltnam Atlasia, Arcuied Brunestud, Riesbyfe Strindberg, Red Arcueid, Night of Wallachia, and Dust of Osiris.
• Defeated characters such as Satsuki Yumizuka, Shiki Nanaya, Michael Roa Valdamjong, Night of Wallachia, Dust of Osiris, and Red Arcuied.

Strength

• With the Iron Plate effect, manage to knock back and knock down a weakened Arcueid. Also created small craters in the ground.
• She also used lightning magic to knock her back once again.
• A single punch from her knocked backed Sion.
• From a single punch once again, broke a stone block that fell on top of her.
• Managed to stab and bleed SHIKI(Roa) many times.
• Killed with what was left of Roa after Shiki stabbed him from his Death Point.
• Injured Shiki with her Seventh Holy Scripture.
• Was able to kill Chaos with her Seventh Holy Scripture, before he regenerated due to TATARI keeping him alive.
• Chaos said his Soil of Genesis is hard to escape, it would take Arcueid the power to destroy a continent to get out of it.
• Scales to Sion who can damage Red Arcueid with her Etherlite and her Barrel.
• Downscales G Akiha who overpowered Arcueid and punched her away.
• G Akiha's power was said to be doubled.
• Due to such feats, she should scale to Red Arcueid's Blut Die Schwester(309.11 Zettatons/Planet Level)
• Due to the power system of Magic Circuits, Ciel can be scaled to Rin Tohsaka due to having better Magic Circuits than her. She can be upscaled too:
• Rin can overwhelm Medea with her own fists enhanced by her own Magecraft.
• Due to Nasu saying that Ciel could contend with servants, she should scale to:
• Saber(Artoria) destroyed the Holy Grail(142.93 megatons/Mountain level). (Disclaimer: someone said that this feat was Large City but apparently it was a mistake.)
• Stated that Berserker(Heracles) can destroy a mountain.
• Iskandar's Noble Phantasm, Ionioi Hetairoi, a Reality Marble that created a world with a sun(0.1053 FOE to 1.053 KiloFOE/Large Star to Solar System Level)(High End)

Speed

• Managed to keep up with SHIKI(Roa) to the point of catching him off guard.
• Managed to throw a Black Key fast enough to save Akiha from SHIKI(Roa)'s Numerology.
• Caught a black key with her hand that was thrown at her.
• Instantly jumped up to dodge Sion's Etherlite.
• Scales to Sion and Shiki who dodge Red Arcueid's attack.
• Scales to Arcuied who can outrun gunfire by Mecha-Hisui.
• Scales to Akiha who reacted to Mecha-Hisui's laser(FTL/2c)
• She can fight Akiha and react to her(brainwashed or not).
• Scales to Iskandar dodging Artoria(Saber)'s Excalibur(FTL/7.06c)
• Creation speed of Iskandar's Ionioi Hetairoi(166c/MFTL)(High end)

Durability

• Was slammed hard into a stone pillar and was knocked down, but got up in a few seconds.
• Blocked many attacks from Shiki.
• Got Caesar'ed as a falling stone block fell on top of her and was knocked out by a stone brick by Akiha.
• Took a beating from SHIKI(Roa) and her own Black Keys. 
• Comically took many traps until she got knocked out by Neco Arc.
• Scales to Akiha who was blasted away from the Tohno Mansion by missiles. 
• Scales to Sion who took Red Arcueid's Blut die Schwester.
• She also took hits from Red Arcueid herself.
• Scales to Arcueid who tried to clash against G Akiha but was overpowered and launched away. She took no damage but her pride. 

Weaknesses

Ciel, being the curry-eating terminator of Tsukihime, does have some weaknesses. She usually prefers not to use Magecraft due to getting them from Roa, though she will use them if push comes to shove. Her immortality doesn't make her invincible if she has objects in her body if they ever appear, she would be kept in place and trapped. Lastly, due to losing her immortality, while Ciel can still regenerate, destroying her brain will kill her for good.
